The metaverse has the potential to boost business success when engaging with customers.
As the digital world continues to evolve, the concept of the metaverse has emerged as a promising new frontier for businesses looking to enhance communication and customer engagement. With its immersive and interactive nature, the metaverse offers unparalleled opportunities for companies to connect with their customers on a global scale.
By harnessing the power of this dynamic platform, businesses can explore innovative ways to showcase their products and services, facilitate collaboration and redefine traditional marketing strategies. As more and more industries begin to recognize the vast potential of the metaverse, the world stands on the brink of a revolution in how companies interact with their audiences, paving the way for a more connected and collaborative world.
What’s more, the metaverse also has the potential to revolutionize the way people work, learn and socialize. By bridging the gap between the physical and virtual worlds, the metaverse enables remote work, collaboration and education to take on a more engaging and realistic form. One company has taken this concept even further by launching its metaverse in real life during an opening event in Dubai on March 19, 2023.
The Verse Estate Showroom is strategically located in the heart of Dubai, UAE which is a leading hub for blockchain and crypto, with the government actively promoting the adoption of disruptive technologies.
Located between Europe, Asia, and Africa, making it an ideal spot for businesses that want to serve customers in multiple regions. It is also a hub for international trade and has one of the busiest airports in the world, which makes it easier to travel and do business with other countries. Dubai has invested heavily in technology infrastructure, making it one of the most technologically advanced cities in the world. It has a strong focus on innovation and is home to several technology parks, incubators, and accelerators that support the growth of startups and tech businesses.
Bringing the metaverse to users in real life
Metaverse-focused project Verse Estate has recently conducted its grand opening at the Alserkal Avenue in Dubai. The company shared its goal to help businesses harness the power of the metaverse and take advantage of the benefits that its use cases may bring.
On March 18, the company invited community members to an exclusive grand opening event to share its vision for the future and its upcoming plans to revolutionize the business space using the metaverse. The firm showcased cutting-edge technologies such as its 3D scanning studio and gave attendees a peek at the metaverse through their virtual reality stations.
Leila Hurstel, board member and chief metaverse officer of Verse Estate, delivered a speech to welcome the audience to the grand opening night of the project. According to Hurstel, the internet is shifting into a more 3D and immersive environment. The executive noted that this opens the doors for users to participate and engage with companies beyond simply being viewers.
Hurstel also explained that there are many opportunities for businesses to interact with their customers through the metaverse. “Businesses can use the metaverse for product design, training and education, remote work and collaboration, supply chain management, and marketing and customer engagement,” she mentioned.
In addition to this, the Verse Estate executive also added that this can be done by creating immersive and interactive environments through virtual showrooms, events and event product demonstrations. Hurstel shared that their team is very excited to play a part in revolutionizing industries, for example, the football industry.
The chief metaverse officer also gave a sneak peek at the company’s future plans. “Verse world will have a virtual stadium where fans can watch matches and interact with each other, while virtual training grounds can be used by players to hone their skills,” Hurstel shared.
The executive also noted that this is just the beginning. According to Hurstel, there will be more use cases to be discovered as the technology develops. With this, businesses can find new and innovative ways to leverage the metaverse to improve their offerings and operations.
Because of these reasons, Hurstel explained how Verse Estate can help businesses. This includes the company’s metaverse consulting services, a Web3 academy that aims to boost awareness and adoption, an artificial intelligence research center, its 3D-scanning studio with almost 300 digital cameras and the Verse World, which is an open, decentralized metaverse.
“We believe that the metaverse is a tool for building a more connected and collaborative world, and we are excited to be at the forefront of this transformation,” she highlighted.
After the speech, the Verse Estate team asked the audience to turn their attention to the screens showing a video prepared by the company. The visual supported Hurstel’s speech and helped the audience visualize the metaverse and how using this technology can revolutionize the world.
Many visitors participating in the grand opening event were in awe at the magic that the metaverse brings. Some even expressed their gratitude for being able to witness the potential that the metaverse brings to the world.
